Ad Production Specs

• For ad supplied pdf format it must be CMYK
• Any imported images must be at least 300 pixels per inch (PPI)
• All fonts must be embedded into the file but not rasterized (text can still be copied from the file)
• Not to much compression of the images.
• Any full page ad must have at least 0.125” bleed on every edge, so a 4.25” x 6.25” ad should be 4.5” x 6.5”

Individual files should be sent as:

• Vector eps files (illustrator .ai etc.) are best for logos
• Jpg or tiff files are best for images bust must be at least 300 ppi at final size (usually 4” wide)
• Tiff files should be compressed (stuffed, zipped)
• Logos can be sent as jpg files but must be hi-res or the text will become jaggy (final size at 600 ppi minimum)  this is not preferred because they are not transparent and have to be cropped to be placed on different backgrounds.
